Common questions about our programmes

Our programmes serve managers at every level. First-time team leads stepping into their initial supervisory role benefit from our foundational modules on delegation, feedback, and time management. Mid-level managers looking to sharpen their strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills find our intermediate programmes invaluable. Senior directors and executives engage with our advanced modules on organisational transformation, executive presence, and board-level communication. We also offer specialised tracks for project managers, technical leads transitioning into people management, and high-potential individual contributors being groomed for future leadership roles.

Programme duration depends on scope and objectives. Our intensive bootcamps run for one to two full days and focus on a single competency area, such as coaching conversations or conflict resolution. Comprehensive leadership development journeys span three to six months, with half-day sessions scheduled fortnightly and individual coaching calls in between. We also offer modular formats where organisations select specific topics and schedule them at their own pace over an extended period. During the discovery consultation, we work with you to determine the optimal duration and cadence for your team.

Absolutely. We deliver programmes in three formats: fully in-person at your premises or our training facilities, fully virtual via video conferencing platforms, and blended — a combination of face-to-face sessions and online modules. Our virtual sessions are designed to be just as interactive as in-person workshops, using breakout rooms, digital whiteboards, live polling, and collaborative documents. Many of our clients with geographically dispersed teams prefer the blended model, which allows them to bring participants together for key experiential sessions while maintaining momentum through virtual touchpoints.

We work across a wide range of sectors, including technology, healthcare, financial services, government, education, not-for-profit, manufacturing, and professional services. Our facilitators have direct industry experience in multiple domains, which allows them to contextualise learning material and speak credibly to the specific challenges managers face in each sector. During the programme design phase, we tailor all case studies, scenarios, and examples to your industry so that participants see immediate relevance to their daily work.

We use a multi-level evaluation framework inspired by the Kirkpatrick model. At the first level, we assess participant satisfaction through post-session surveys. At the second level, we test knowledge acquisition through quizzes and scenario-based assessments. At the third level, we measure behavioural change through 360-degree feedback collected before and after the programme. At the fourth level, we work with your HR and finance teams to quantify business impact — such as improvements in team engagement scores, reductions in staff turnover, or increases in project delivery success rates. You receive a comprehensive impact report at the conclusion of each programme.

We maintain a maximum facilitator-to-participant ratio of 1:16 to ensure personalised attention and meaningful interaction. For programmes with larger cohorts, we assign additional facilitators and use breakout groups to maintain the intimate, discussion-rich environment that drives deep learning. Most of our clients find that groups of ten to fourteen participants strike the ideal balance between diversity of perspectives and individual airtime. We are happy to discuss the optimal group size for your specific programme during the design phase.

While the majority of our work is with organisations commissioning bespoke programmes for their teams, we do run open-enrolment workshops throughout the year. These sessions bring together managers from different organisations and industries, creating a rich cross-pollination of ideas and perspectives. Open-enrolment workshops are listed on our website and typically cover our most popular topics, such as leading through change, coaching for performance, and strategic decision-making. Individual managers are welcome to register for these sessions directly.

Our facilitators hold postgraduate qualifications in organisational psychology, business administration, or adult education. Many are accredited executive coaches through bodies such as the International Coaching Federation. Beyond formal credentials, each facilitator brings an average of fifteen years of hands-on leadership experience across sectors including technology, healthcare, government, and finance. We carefully match facilitators to programmes based on their industry expertise and facilitation style to ensure the best possible experience for your participants.
